Mar 17, 2010 · When I run in Safe mode, no ARPing. I ran both a virus check, and Windows Defender from Safe mode with no problems discovered. So thanks. At least I Now know it's something running when fully booted up. I'll download a couple of other anti-spyware apps tonight when I have more bandwidth and see if they find anything.
