Jan 20, 2018 · Ever since then if i install an app from either the play store or the Amazon app store they will not show up on the main screen. The apps are there and I can remove them via settings. I have tried a hard reset as well as reinstalling the initial app that caused the problem. When I do that the app icon works again but no new apps show up still.
